The location proved convenient.
I got a room on the top floor. Restaurant staff moved chairs late into the night and early in the morning. This created a significant disturbance. I found it very difficult to sleep. The hotel should consider soundproofing these rooms.

the hotel offered a complimentary mini-bar. it was restocked daily with soft drinks and snacks. the rooftop bar provided excellent views. food and drinks were very good there.
the spa was quite small and not very enjoyable. some equipment needs review. the breakfast coffee came from an automatic machine and was not very good. i was presented with the breakfast bill before i even started eating.

The location was central. Everything was nearby.
The noise kept me awake during the night. It was a bit frustrating. the room was not reserviced correctly. I had to get sugar from the restaurant.

the location was fantastic. my room was a double room terrace view. the view from the balcony was quite beautiful (i spent a lot of time there).
the room felt smaller than i expected. the doors creaked a lot, disturbing my sleep. also, i noticed some stains on the coffee table, evidence of previous guests.

The room was immaculate with a really great shower. The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times. The rooftop bar provided excellent dinners with a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast included a wide selection of fresh fruits, cereals, and pastries.
The room was quite noisy at times, which disrupted my rest.

The staff provided assistance with luggage storage. Check-in and check-out processes were handled quickly and efficiently. Staff members were consistently available to answer questions and give directions.

The staff offered a warm welcome, appreciated. The room upgrade included a complimentary minibar restocked daily. This was very convenient (a true treat). The 5-star spa provided wonderful facilities. I particularly enjoyed the treatments.
The room service had a delivery fee of €10. I found this charge a bit steep.
